Coordinators: Instructions on how to release games and dates to officials

At the top of this toolbar, go to Games and click on "Release Games."

On the next page, under the Release Games selection, locate the appropriate conference and click on the blue "Change Settings" tab.

On the next page, you will click on the red "Block" box. 

On the next screen, you have two options when releasing assignments:

1. 1. The pink calendar (the calendar on the left) will show the game details and crew.
   2. The yellow calendar (the calendar on the right) will simply show the crew's date of the assignment.

*Note these two calendars are independent of each other.

After having made your selections, click the blue "Save changes" tab in the lower right corner.

You can confirm your selections have been accepted when you return to the Game Release page and the ribbon has changed from pink to yellow (see example below).

Officials will receive an automatic notification alerting them they have assignments to accept.
