Officials and School Users: How to view Help Desk ticket history

To view Help Desk tickets you have submitted, to include tickets you have been copied on, follow these steps.

Login to and click on BlueZebra Help Desk, which is located under your profile picture on the righthand side of the screen:

Next, hover over your name and then click on "My activities."

On the next screen, you will be given the opportunity to view all of your Help Desk tickets you personally sent in, along with any Help Desk tickets you were copied on. Click on My requests (1) to view your individual tickets. Click on Requests I'm CC'd on (2) to view these respective tickets. Hover over the status (3) and you can sort all tickets.

To submit a new Help Desk ticket, click on Submit a request (4). Please note you are unable to CC anyone on a Help Desk ticket submitted in this manner. If it is imperative you include a CC on a Help Desk ticket, you will need to submit the ticket directly from your email program and CC from there. To submit a ticket through your email program email Your Help Desk ticket has been successfully submitted once this image appears.
