On your dashboard, hover over "Resources" and then click on "Document Requests."
Next, click on "Create a New Document Request."
Enter the title of the document, choose your audience, enter a description, and then click the blue "Create Document Request" tab.
On the next screen, you will see the document "2024 FB Officials Certification of Fitness" has been added to your list of document requests.
Clicking "Edit" will allow you to edit both the title of the document and the description of the document. Clicking "View Results" will open the screen below and provide respective information.
*Please note that officials added to the roster after the initial document request has been sent will not receive this document request. In the example below, you would need to click on "(Add 14 new officials to this document request)" for these new officials to receive this communication.
This window will also display officials who have supplied a document and which officials have not yet responded to the request.
To generate documents the official(s) have submitted, click on the blue "Generate Download" tab. BlueZebra will compile all documents and prepare in PDF format in a zip file for you to download.
