Coordinators and Sport Admins: How the Notification System Works

Email notifications are sent to all appropriate game staff when changes are made to a game, based on the site game release settings.  This includes officials, observers, time keepers, coaches, game management and school users.

 

When a change is made to a game whether it be a change to the team, time location, or assignments an notification email will be sent to all users associated with a game.

These notifications respect your game release settings. If games have not been released to officials or to schools, those respective users will not receive a notification.
