Once you have been added as a user to the BlueZebra platform, you will receive an email from BlueZebra inviting you to setup your account. It will look similar to this:
Click on the box that says "Setup Your Account." You will then be directed to enter your email address:
On the next screen, you will be directed to enter your password. Please note your password must be at least 12 characters.
Once you have logged in to officiating.com, you will notice you have tasks to complete (referenced by the green arrow below). Click on "Please complete your profile" to complete this particular task.
In the next window, click on "Edit My Profile" to update your contact information.
To upload a current headshot, click on "Add Photo" and follow the prompts.
To view your school's schedule and officiating assignments, click on "Schedule" on the lefthand side of the screen.
On the next screen, in addition to viewing the game schedule and officiating assignments, you also have the option to download the game schedule in PDF along with a PDF of headshots of the officiating crew, as referenced by the green arrows below.
Clicking on "Directory" will provide options to print and export multiple directories.
Clicking on "Posts" will show posts from the Coordinator.
To submit your Coach's report (if applicable), click on "Reports."
Next, click on "Submit your Coach's Report."
On the next page, click the game in which you would like to submit a report, and follow the prompts.
To upload videos for your Coordinator to review, click on "Video."
Next, click the "Upload Video" tab.
Next click the "Select Video" tab to locate your video, or drag and drop the video anywhere within the window.
Then click the "My Videos" tab in the bottom of the screen and click on the video you want the Coordinator to review.
At the bottom of the video you selected, a box will present where you will type in your question(s) or comment(s) for the Coordinator. After you have finished typing within this box, click the "Save Changes" tab for an email to be sent to the Coordinator alerting them they have a video to review.
